Lyre's Amaretti Sour

It&rsquo;s also a tad almondy and egg whitey, which rather throws out the whole sweet and sour analogy. Bother. Oh well. Onwards and upwards. Toodle pip!</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong></li> <li>60mL <a href="https://lyres.me/range/amaretti/">Lyre's Amaretti&nbsp;</a></li> <li>15mL lemon juice</li> <li>7.5mL white sugar syrup (made 1:1)</li> <li>15mL egg white /aquafaba OR 6 drops wonderfoam</li> <li>3 dashes aromatic bitters (optional)</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> <li class="p1"><strong>METHOD: </strong>Dry shake, fill shaker with ice.
