  7. The right to respect the consumers’ religious values and customs and traditions upon being provided with any commodity or service.
  8. Providing an appropriate and safe environment when purchasing a Good or receiving a Service.
  9. Obtaining correct information about the Goods that he purchases, uses, or consumes, or the Service he receives.
  10. Educating him and raising his awareness in respect of his rights and obligations.
  11. Exercising his rights to choose the most appropriate product and Service available in the market according to his wishes.
  12. Protecting the privacy and security of his data and not using it for promotional and marketing purposes.
  13. Respecting his religious values, customs and traditions when providing him with any Good or receiving any Service.
  14. Just and prompt settlement of his disputes.
  15. Obtaining fair compensation for damages incurred by him or his money as a result of purchasing or using the Good or receiving the Service.
  16. Refund/return of the product is possible within 14/15 days from the date of receipt of purchase, provided the consumer has valid receipt of purchase. Further, refund/return not applicable on perishable items or if items are used

To the extent permissible by law of your jurisdiction, the service and all products and services delivered to you through this site are (except as expressly stated by us) provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions, of any kind, either express or implies, including all implies warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

You may only buy goods from our site for non-business reasons.

This contract is only available in English and Arabic. In the event of any inconsistency between the two, the English contract will prevail.

Ordering Goods From Us

Below, we set out how a legally binding contract between you and us is made.

You place an order on the site by completing our order form. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. However, if you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it to us.

Simply add products to your shopping cart, click checkout, enter your information and purchase with your credit card or PayPal account. Once successfully submitted you will be taken to a successful checkout page and receive your order confirmation via email. If you have set up an account you will be able to see your order history and status within your "my account portal".If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us via the returns enquiry form on our website  – we’ll always try to help you if we can.

If you’ve have opened and consumed a portion of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.

Right To Cancel 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason provided you have not opened or consumed a portion of the product or otherwise tampered with the product.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by email to hello@lyres.me. Please supply the following information, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects Of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Provided you have not opened, damaged or tampered with the order, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you have received goods:

  • you shall send back the goods, unopened, untampered with and in their original packaging, or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired;
  • you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods; and
  • you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns

We want you to love Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic as much as we do. If you should require a return, refund or exchange you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the below:

  • If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it (if the product you received was incorrect) or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
  • If you’ve have opened and consumed a portion of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
  • We cannot exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
  • If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us via the returns enquiry form below –we’ll always try to help you if we can.

Delivery

We endeavor to ship your order as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery. 
 

United Arab Emirates

Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 2-3 business days by standard shipping. 
Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Ras Al Khaimah: 2-4 business days by standard shipping. 

Delivery is free of charge for all orders above AED 300. For orders less than AED 300, we deliver for AED 30. 

Saudi Arabia

Delivery is free of charge for all orders above SAR 320. For orders less than SAR 320, we deliver for SAR 30. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days by standard shipping. Delivery to remote areas may take 7-15 business days by standard shipping.

Kuwait

Delivery is free of charge for all orders above KWD 27. For orders less than KWD 27, we deliver for KWD 4. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days by standard shipping. Delivery to remote areas may take 7-15 business days by standard shipping.

Oman

Delivery is free of charge for all orders above OMR 27. For orders less than OMR 4, we deliver for OMR 4. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days by standard shipping. Delivery to remote areas may take 7-15 business days by standard shipping. 

Bahrain

Delivery is free of charge for all orders above BHD 40. For orders less than BHD 40, we deliver for BHD 8. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days by standard shipping. Delivery to remote areas may take 7-15 business days by standard shipping.

Qatar

Delivery is free of charge for all orders above QAR 320. For orders less than QAR 320, we deliver for QAR 30. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days by standard shipping. Delivery to remote areas may take 7-15 business days by standard shipping.

Orders placed on our Middle Eastern website, www.lyres.me, can only be delivered to a local address in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar. 

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please contact Customer Care immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for the goods is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, any failure by us to comply with this contract or our Privacy Policy https://lyres.me/privacy-policy/ or breach by us of our duties under applicable laws we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us. Your credit card or debit card will only be charged when the goods are dispatched. All payments by credit card or debit card need to be authorised by the relevant card issuer. We may also need to use extra security steps via:
 
  • Verified by Visa;
  • Mastercard®SecureCodeTM; or
  • American Express SafeKey. The price of the goods:
  • Is in Dirhams (AED) for the ‘.me’ website. Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR) for the ‘sa.lyres.me’ website, Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) for the 'kw.lyres.me' website, Bahraini Dinar (BHD) for the ‘bh.lyres.me’website, Omani Rial (OMD) for the 'om.lyres.me' website, and Qatari Rial (QAR) for the 'qa.lyres.me' website
  • Includes GST/VAT at the applicable local rates; and
  • Does not include the cost of delivering the goods (which will be notified to you before you place your order).
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third- party for any modification, price, change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service to the extent permissible by law of your jurisdiction. 

 

Damaged Goods

Please contact us using the contact details at the top of this page, if you want:
 
  • Us to replace the goods;
  • A price reduction; or
  • To reject the goods and get a refund.
You may be required to provide photographs of the damaged goods so we can investigate the shipping/packaging process to ensure this won’t happen again.
 
If there is a problem when receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the appropriate refund or replacement. To enable the Customer Service team to efficiently address your enquiry, please provide your order number, full name and contact details. 

Shipping Threshold

United Arab Emirates: Delivery is free of charge for all orders above AED 300. For orders less than AED 300, we deliver for AED 30.


Saudi Arabia: Delivery is free of charge for all orders above SAR 320. For orders less than SAR 320, we deliver for AED 30.

  • “Gift Card” means an electronic or physical card that has prepaid currency loaded onto it to be spent on Lyre’s products in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • Online gift cards must be redeemed at lyres.me
  • The value of the gift card includes VAT.
  • Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or other tender. Cannot be exchanged.
  • Gift cards will expire 36months from the date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • If purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.
  • Must be redeemed within the validity period.
  • Expired gift cards are not redeemable and gift card amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any gift card for any reason at any time without notice. In such instances we will elect to provide a refund or a replacement gift card.

End Of The Contract

If this contract is ended it will not affect our right to receive any money which you owe to us under this contract.

Limit Of Our Responsibility To You

Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for:

  • Losses that:
    • were not foreseeable to you and us when the contract was formed; or
    • that were not caused by any breach on our part;
  • Business losses; and
  • Losses to non-consumers.

Disputes

We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.

If you are unhappy with:

  • The goods;
  • Our service to you; or
  • Any other matter,

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our internal complaint handling procedure, we will let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you.

If you want to take court proceedings, the courts of the part of Dubai will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this contract.

The laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will apply to this contract.

 

Third Party Rights

No one other than a party to this contract has any right to enforce any term of this contract.
